Hole drilling & trenching

Hole drilling is performed with either the Hitachi excavator or the Boxer mini loader. With the use of extensions we are able to drill holes up to a depth of 3 meters.

We have a range of auger sizes including: 200, 300, 350, 450 and 600 mm in diameter.

Both of our machines also do trenching – the Hitachi excavator has buckets for trenching of 300 and 450 mm wide, and to 2m deep; while the Boxer mini loader powers a chain trencher to dig trenches 150mm wide and up to 900mm deep. The chain trencher is ideal for piping, irrigation and the laying of underground cable.
